You can't go to bed at midnight and expect to rise and shine at 5 a.m. with barrels of energy for a kick-butt morning workout. Get into the habit of going to bed early enough so you get at least eight hours. As long as you fuel your body well and enjoy your time working out you will get better results, because it is your mind that ultimately controls all of it, and doing anything you’re not fully focused on and enjoying will become a chore.
